Good morning all Mariners Swim Team
After many conversations between the pool company and the board we have decided to cancel ALL NEW Swimmer Practices this week. Our pool company is slammed not with just chemical problems but pool that have actually been flooded with flood and mud waters. Our pool still has a chemical problem :(

This is how we will proceed

On Monday April 25th Coach Lynn and I will see the following age groups of NEW swimmers only at Colony Creek pool. It will be cold so be prepared

At 5:15 pm NEW 6 & unders ONLY
At 6:00 pm NEW 7 & 8 and the 9 & 10's.

The 11 & overs will be evaluated during regular practices, starting Tuesday.

At this time we are looking for kids who will get in the water and NOT afraid to swim
We will work with them.
They will have until the trial meet to be able to swim unassisted and be pool safe .
If your child cries and will not get in they will not make the team.
All team practices start Tuesday and your respective pools.

As you know POOL safety is my number one priority and when you throw bad weather into the mix it throws us a kink :(
My son is getting married this weekend so I will be out of pocket. I will check my emails periodically.
emails also get sent out so if you are not receiving them you need to get with William Strong and get him your email address.
