Hello Mariners!

We are excited to host your team at the Conroe Aquatic Center!  We know the early start time is not ideal, but on the bright side we'll be done by noon.  Here is some information that will be helpful to you and your team as you prepare for this weekends meet:

• Warm Ups: Your warm up time will be 6:45-7:15 a.m.  Please arrive at 6:00 am for check-in
• Set Up:  We all set up in the parking lot connected to the Conroe Aquatic Center.  There are two rows of parking spots.  Our team sets up in the first row closest to the pool and your team will set up in the second row closed to the street.  A map is attached.​​
• Meet:  When events are called to Ready Bench we ask that swimmers come from the east side of the pool, side closest to the pool entrance and go behind the dive platforms.  Please ask them not to go around the orange netting pass the blocks on the way to ready bench.
• Start/ End: Our meet will begin at 7:30 a.m.  Due to our contract with the Conroe Aquatic Center, our meets must conclude by 12:30pm.  
• Parking: The city has been working on the roads and parking lot around the park across the street from the Conroe Aquatic Center.  They have moved the entrance and it is now right pass the Saltgrass Restaurant.  Once in the park you will pass the pool and then see parking.  We cannot park in front of the offices. If you have allot of team stuff to set up, we will move the barricades and let them in to unload.  Unfortunately, we do not have any reserved parking spaces.  The attached map shows available parking lots.  The area gets very congested, but there's plenty of available parking.
• Directions: The address is 1205 Callahan Ave, Conroe Texas 77301. We are at the Conroe Rec center next to Candy Cane Park. From I45 north bound, take the HWY 105 exit. Go through the light. You will see the Rec Center on the right. The entrance to the park is on the feeder.
• Concessions: We will have concessions available to purchase.  Donuts & breakfast tacos for breakfast & varies snacks and drinks.  Lunch concessions is still up in the air due to our early finish time, but if we have a lunch option it will be pizza.
