Those 11 & Overs who are swimming the 100 IM and 100 Free, we have an open warm up @ 5 pm.

Monday warm ups @ 4:00 -4:15 pm / Lane 11 / All 11 and overs and relays

We also have a lane assignment / Lane 4/ for timing on Monday so the parents who have kids swimming will need to make a timing sheet so you guys can switch out .
