Here's how to you make it happen:

Outlook:
1) right-click on My Calendars - select Add Calendar \ From Internet...
2) enter http://colonycreek.swim-team.us/team/docs/ics/colonycreek.ics
3) Hit OK

iPhone/iPad:
1) Go to Settings \ Calendars
2) Add Account \ Other \ Add Subscribed Calendar
3) enter colonycreek.swim-team.us/team/docs/ics/colonycreek.ics

Google:
1) Other Calendars \ Add by URL
