Saturday Meet Update
Hi Team!
All Teams Front Setup
We're in for another soggy meet tomorrow so we're back to having both teams setup in the front for this meet. If you can double/triple up families in personal tents to try to save space please do. Their team is around the same size as ours, so space will be tight. Please see attached map for setup reference, please reserve the paved pad area for our guests.
Volunteer Shifts Available
Please sign up for volunteer shifts! We have 18 open shifts for tomorrow's meet and 2 shifts open for Summer Thunder on Monday. If you are low on shifts, now is the time to sign up!
Weather for Saturday
Currently the forecast has most rain for the afternoon and we're praying this holds. That said, efficiency in running the meet will be paramount to getting done before the rain hits. As we know this can all change quickly.
We will be watching the WeatherBug app for updates before and during the meet. If it is raining lightly, and there is no thunder, we can still swim. NWAL has an order of operations for rain delays during meets, which we will follow, if you're interested you can read them here on page 25.
Mosquitos
With all the rain, mosquitos are really bad. Please bring bug spray or any mosquito repellant you may desire to the meet on Saturday
RSVP For End of Year Party/Awards
Please login to SwimTopia and RSVP going or not going for any parents and swimmers. There is an option to RSVP for a guest, please reserve this option to non-swimmer siblings.
Thanks everyone!!
