In case you missed the  FB post. In all of the hours and weeks spent preparing for swim season volunteering to begin... I failed to see that I was counting PHOTO DAY as a meet. Swim family, this is not a meet! I apologize.

You need 9 points this season. 1 shift per meet and 2 more. 

The Divisional slots aren't open yet. There is a party to help with as well. I am so sorry for missing this and it just not adding up. Thank you for your understanding and patience! The presentation has been updated. The points to meet your requirements are 9. 
     We also want to make a note that the Time Trial is going to be finished at around 11:30ish... it is only our team and it goes a lot faster!!! The times were guestimates for this week, so your 2nd duty shifts will probably begin sooner and end sooner. I am going to go ahead and make those adjustments to the schedule for "times". 
This is also something to think about and consider if you are not interested in being a timer or anything for the second shift. This meet is shorter and will end around an earlier time! What a great way to get an extra point this week for possible missed meets in the future.

I seriously apologize for missing that mistake. We are all doing the best we can!
