⭐️ Practice times for Friday are different! Please check the schedule below. No MIT practice on Fridays.

⭐️ New NWAL rule this year, eligibility for an age group is determined by the individual as of the end of the day on May 1 of the current year (NWAL Official Rules, Eligibility, Section II, H). For example, if your swimmer turns 13 AFTER end of day May 1, they will practice and compete in the 9-12 age group. We realize this is new, and an adjustment for some of our swimmers. Thank you for making this transition to new rules as easy as possible.

⭐️ MITs Swimmers - Our coaches are so excited with the progress of our MITs in just a week! Some MITs wouldn't even get in the water on Tuesday and by Thursday everyone was getting in without any problem at all!

Our MIT program is very unique to our team. Water safety and confidence are priority for our MIT swimmers. We know the progress looks slow from the sidelines, but they are making progress! We thank all of our MIT parents for their patience as we do our best to work with each of your swimmers in an environment that is both encouraging and safe. Remember, our goal Is to get them out of MIT and competing in meets.
