Hello Mariner Families!

Each week the Coaches would like families to declare whether or not their swimmer(s) will be participating in the meet that week, as this will help them plan for the meet. This should be done each week by no later than Noon on Wednesday. It is a very simple process, and the steps are below.

1) Go to colonycreek.swimtopia.com website.

2) Please login to your account (upper right corner of website)

3) On the right side of the Home Screen, you will see a list of “Upcoming Events”

4) Click on the hyperlink for the meet for this weekend

5) Scroll through list until you see the meet.

6) Click on the green “Meet Entry” button

7) Click on the “Edit” button and declare whether your swimmer(s) will be at the meet this weekend.

8) Leave any additional notes for the Coach if applicable – ie “Will only be at the first half of the meet.”

9) Click “Save”

10) You are done!
