Good afternoon,

We will be taking our individual and team pictures on Monday, May 6th.  Remember there will be no practice that day.  I am attaching the form for the pictures is you want to look it over and bring with you already completed.  This will help to speed up the process. 

Individual pictures will start at 5:00 and the team picture will be at 6:00.
